What is Inner Child Healing?

Inner child healing is a therapeutic approach that helps you reconnect with your childhood self, address unresolved emotions and reparent yourself with love and compassion. It is designed to help you overcome self-worth issues, emotional triggers and negative beliefs rooted in childhood experiences.

How many sessions are included in the programme?

The programme includes six sessions, each covering a different aspect of Inner Child Healing, including Honouring, Embracing, Affirming and Liberating your Inner Child.

Are the sessions private or group based?

The sessions are private. Six 1:1 sessions of 90 minutes.

What techniques are used in the sessions?

The programme uses a variety of techniques including guided visualisation, emotional release practices, positive reparenting and affirmations.

Is this programme suitable for those with severe trauma?

This programme is designed for personal growth and emotional healing, but is not a replacement for therapy. If you are dealing with severe trauma, I recommend working with a licensed therapist.

Cosmic Alignment Coaching Package FAQs

Who is Cosmic Alignment Coaching Package for?

This is for anyone who is ready to deepen their self-awareness, heal emotional patterns and live in alignment with their true purpose.

Do I need to know anything about astrology beforehand?

Not at all! Everything is explained in an easy to understand, practical way. You will receive tailored insights that you can apply directly to your personal growth journey.

How are the sessions delivered?

All sessions are held virtually via zoom, allowing you to join from anywhere in the world. You will receive your session link and reminders before each call.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, payment plans are available upon request. You can choose to pay in full (£750) or in two monthly instalments of £375.

Will I get access to materials after the coaching ends?

Yes, you have lifetime access to all materials that you received during the programme.

What if I need to reschedule a session?

You can reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notices. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited, as outlined in the coaching agreement.

Vibrational Alignment Journey FAQs

What is the Vibrational Alignment Journey?

It is a signature 12 week coaching programme designed to fundamentally shift your internal frequency. It combines advanced Intuitive Healing, Sound Therapy and powerful soul coaching to clear energetic blocks and activate your highest potential.

What makes this programme different from traditional therapy or coaching?

This journey goes beyond talking about change. It focuses on shifting limiting beliefs at the energetic level using specialised tools like Sound Activations and Intuitive Healing Integration, leading transformation that is both tangible and lasting.

How many one to one sessions are included?

You will receive six 75 minute one to one coaching sessions over the 12 weeks.

What is the Frequency Audit?

The Frequency Audit is an important initial session that used intuitive and numerology guidance to map your current energetic blocks and establish your personal vibrational blueprint for the journey ahead.

What are the Targeted Sound Activations?

These are custom sound therapy recordings or live mini sound baths integrated into these sessions. They are designed specifically to retune your energetic field and lock in the positive changes we make.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Payment plans ate available.

What if I want to cancel the package?

You have a statutory right to cancel this agreement within 14 days from the date of purchase (the cooling off period), provided no sessions have yet taken place.

Will I receive a refund?

Yes providing no sessions have taken place. After the first session has taken place, you will be refunded the remaining balance of the fee, minus the value of the session(s) already delivered.

Simply come with an open mind and your birth date. For in depth sessions, providing your full birth name is helpful. No special preparation is needed, just be ready to explore and reflect.

Can I book a reading if I am not local?

Absolutely. All readings are emailed within 7 days after booking.
